Very complex industry that in my experience is not good at onboarding new people. Many assumptions made about knowledge from those who have been in the industry for decades.

Good work life balance. Good benefits. If you're a coward and don't mind not speaking the truth then you'll fit right in

Cons

Not enough people to do the work. Telling the truth to leadership will have you blacklisted. Bullies get promoted to leadership positions. No emotional intelligence in leaders. I was told by several "leaders" that it's just a game and I need to play it better.
