Pros

Job Security, good salary, good location

Cons

Very 'this is how we do it' ways of working, lots of people who aren't very good and can't be moved on easily.

Pros

Good work life balance and good pension.

Cons

Has become a terrible place to work this past year. Management pretend they care about the employees but underneath their is an attitude of 'you should be grateful for the job and if you don't, someone else will'. Teams are getting smaller and workload is increasing. The utter fiasco with the payrise and terrible communication has broken the trust between management and employee completely. It will take along time for employees to feel valued again.
