Flexible working arrangements and great career opportunities working in a challenging environment.

Cons

Can require unpaid overtime at busier times and the tendency to book meetings over lunch mean you struggle to find time away from your laptop.

Pros

Creative marketing team. Ability to work on campaigns and small projects and collaborate with departments and people. Great management and conversations involving career deveopment. Great mix of all ages and backgrounds, inclusive culture. Learn a lot about the railway (safety, history, maintenance, new works)

Difficult to communicate with teams off site or who aren't office based
