Pros

The salary is good here and the pension is great too (after 5 years service). They have a bonus scheme too, which is good

Cons

Dreadful leadership! The worst in fact, they have no vision of the wider world and only focus on unimportant things that then change every week. No ownership and would rather pass work on than challenge it and work to complete. Don’t think they have heard of the word ‘training’ Small minded bigoted bullies, that do not like anything different especially if you are gay (speaking from experience).

Pros

opportunities to move around are limited

Cons

Unionised collective bargaining removes benefits for hard work. Banding structure is very flat and difficult to move within the structure for financial gain. No overtime for Band 4 and above.
