Thanks for your review, it's very much appreciated. At Network Rail, safety is at the heart of everything we do. Our approach to safety - 'Everyone Home Safe Every Day' is as important to our passengers and our employees out on track as it is to our office based staff.

Pros

-Great pay -A sense of value to the company -Lots of room for growth -Welcoming colleagues

Cons

The only downside is that some colleagues don't pull their weight which can mean extra strain or workloads that other colleagues have to pick up on.
