Pros

Nice offices round the country pay is quite good. People were professional. My expenses for travel were always paid. Chance to travel by train every where. Offices nearly always near train station.

Cons

Perhaps a little too much travel and there are rules about weather you have to pay yourself for travel to london depending on where your main office is.

Pros

Training and professional qualifications are available if you push for them. Flexible working and generous pension, sick pay and bonus

Cons

Too reliant on poor software lead to many teams using a disproportionate time on reporting. Some culture needs to urgently change.
