      Pros

      The people are incredible, they genuinely care about their colleagues and the responsibility we have to keeping the UK infrastructure going.

      Cons

      There is an awful lot of work to do to update ways of working etc (everything needs doing!), and there is definitely an ‘old boys club’ mentality in senior management. However, both of these points are being worked on but nothing happens overnight.

      Lots of red tape meaning that any change can be a lengthy process.
