Good pension Good annual leave entitlement Can be flexible depending on team Large company for development (if you can get out)

Cons

Rewarding staff is limited (non existent) Difficult to move forward and develop depending on the function you are in

Well structured, support in place, opportunities to progress academically

Cons

No opportunity to progress up the ladder as managers are too comfortable in their jobs. Some managers get away with far too much.
