Pros

There is flexibility and respect between my line manager, peers and me. There's support and the opportunity to communicate with my colleagues. The company's policies and behaviours are diverse and inclusive for a woman in the industry. There's talent programmes for individuals that show great potential for support and progression

Cons

In some cases, change of roles or promotions can take some time to go through from interview to being in post, but progression is supported.

Pros

Modern offices with great on site facilities. flexible working is widely accepted and working hours are good lots of opportunities for career progression

Cons

Very bureaucratic with too many policies and procedures. salaries too low and job titles are somewhat misleading. Organisation needs some stability so less org changes would create better morale and job security

Pros

Good pension, hols, great facilities if you work in the Quadrant in Milton Keynes in a suit but if you are a lowly orange worker then you have to put up with third rate accommodation and facilities.

Cons

If you dare to speak your mind or have a view other than the mgmt, it's frowned upon. Keep your opinion to yourself and be a yes man and you will be ok.
