Pros

Good Salary, some good people to work with, flexible working arrangements to work remotely and

Cons

Office culture of "stitching" other people up by telling tales, Spineless management whom cover each others backs by colluding to lie and a culture of expecting you to do too much work, but "that's just the way it is."

Pros

Company which offers learning and development opportunities, good career prospects and stimulating projects to work on. Generally a good place to work with good benefits.

Cons

Too many changes and reorganisations creates uncertainty and affects employee morale. Business Change should be prioritised right at the start of programmes and not mid-way or at the end which tends to complicate the change.
