      Pros

      A very big company with some excellent and knowledgeable people. Opportunity to grow is also good

      Cons

      Management in some department can be hierarchical. Some managers lack the knowhow of effective management. Also some roles in certain departments are very abstract and it left me sometimes thinking how this actually related to the actual business of running the railway.
