Pros

Supportive, excellent prospects, chances to transfer within company, very good at balancing workload together with work life balance. Good at motivating staff.

Cons

Publicly funded company has a no frills touch to remuneration. Overtime policy is very restrictive. Expenses policy sometimes leaves us slightly out of pocket.

Pros

Flexible, structured training, get to see all aspects of company during graduate scheme, assist with proffesional registration.

Cons

Not specifically trained for a role once scheme ends, this can lead to people struggling to find a first appointment after scheme ends.
