Pros

Holiday & sick entitlement is good, plenty of overtime dependant on area worked. Company benefits pretty good. Decent job prospects if willing to move around

Cons

Some poor management plus a lot of weekends & nights working. Some jobs are given on a face fits basis rather than skills and suitability.
