The corporate strategy changes very frequently, often contradicting itself. On the one hand there is a lot of focus on the autonomy of the geographic 'routes' which the business is split into and having responsibility devolved to them but the amount of direction and instruction from the centre seems to directly contradict this.
The organisation is constantly changing, but not necessarily in a good way - you can expect a fairly significant re-organisation at least every two years and each time it is very disruptive and a huge distraction for everyone involved.
It can be a very frustrating place to work, but then I guess, where isn't!
