Pros

Good life work balance, some really experts in the industry are here . Excellent facilities. Nice agile working . They pay for all kinds of courses training you wish to take

Cons

Insanely small use of staff. They need one they hire 5! Managers are doing nothing earning 6 digit salaries ! Millions lost in useless contractor positions !

Pros

Great deal of responsibility given, interesting sector. Your decisions can make a really difference to people's lives. Good working hours.

Cons

Difficult to get things done quickly. Poor communication from Senior management, although I think the new CEO is pretty decent.Considerable uncertainty about the future of the Railway industry.
