Pros

A decent pay with a good working environment and safety consious company, lots of career paths to choose from and work towards.

Cons

Impossible targets with a power on regardless of how staff are affected attitude. With a industry like the railway, Maintenance, Faulting and new installations can vary with time taken yet they supply such stringent timescales that any unforseen problems lead to train delays. An overloaded mule will not walk.

Pros

Great Board, driven to really improve the company

Cons

It's a large organisation - full of great people and also some really useless leaders. Overpromoted techies who hate management
