Good work life balance if you are in the right team. Flexible hours. 35 hours.

Cons

Too many changes. Not much leadership direction. A lot of cut backs and uncertainty lately.

Pros

Stable company to work for, very good pay and a set roster

Cons

Very little opportunity to progress in my area of the business, staffing levels are low so expected to do other peoples jobs for them. Very little benefits offered unless you are senior management.
