Pros

Good benefits, people who are passionate about their job (true railway people), excellent management and leadership training available

Cons

Many Band 2 & 1s (Senior Leaders) are useless. Unfortunately they overshadow the good people. For a company undergoing great Business Change, their Business Change capability remains problematic.

Pros

- Great opportunities and career progression - A good place to work, great value out of it - Good remuneration (if you've been there a long time)

Cons

- Remuneration for high flyers not market comparable - To many HR processes and control processes reduces innovation - Things take too long
