Cut Benefits

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Decent work life balance and fully remote

Cons

- Health Insurance benefits were previously great, but were cut unexpectedly. - Stock options are mediocre at best; at around one ten-thousandth of a percent, you're looking at enough to buy a modest car if the company sold for a few hundred million, which it probably won't. - Pay is generally below market average and has consistently failed to track with inflation.

It's incredibly disheartening when benefits and compensation don't meet expectations. Your feedback about the health benefits, stock options, and pay tracking with inflation is crucial for us to understand how these decisions impact you and your colleagues. We're dedicated to finding solutions that prioritize the well-being of our employees, and this will be brought to management for consideration. Please know that our People Ops door is always open to discuss any and all concerns, share the reasons behind our decisions, and explore possible solutions. We're committed to fostering an environment where employees feel heard, valued, and incentivized. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, and it is taken seriously.

Pros

- decent salary - remote (mostly) - laptop provided

Cons

- no equity - mediocre 401k - the NTC way, or the highway. 1 female on the entire technical team, dude culture ftw - management exists to keep customers happy, not develop team members
