I saw one review that stated NB as a shop for serious investing. That I agree with. Everyone is on task and focused.

Cons

Very behind in terms of modern technology. It was one of my main reasons for leaving. Culture is old, this is NOT a place to work sub 30. Very much feels like 60-70% of employees are just hanging out in a retirement waiting room.
