Do you feel the tension? It’s always there…” - Multiple co-workers told me they were about to quit. “It’s just not worth it.” - This is a company that brags about free snacks on their website. Yikes! Admittedly, this should have been a huge red flag. - Orientation was almost non-existent. “Here’s a video. Now watch another video.” - Exit interview seemed haphazard(seriously this a gripe with all of HR)
