Pros

Friendly and helpful environment with good support and guidance on projects and next steps. Is open to ideas provided and everyone has a voice and the culture is pretty good.

Cons

None as such that I can think of. Overall everything was great. Compensation can be a little better but it is industry standard.

Pros

They sponsor H1-B and Green cards and are very familiar with the process.

Cons

They don't reply to emails in a timely manner. They don't help to apply for green cards one year after getting H1-B.
