Managers don't have proper hold of the clients and portals and simply blame on the team mates by the end of the month. 3. Heard that recently introduced a new school policy where in if someone is not in proper formals, it’s a LOP.  Worst thing is even though management is aware of all these, they are not bothered even one percentage to make the necessary changes. I can call it School rather than a software company, Saturdays working and always delay in salaries. Worst Hr and manager they treat everyone like a labor, expects to work 15hrs/day and very bad politics at senior level, Long Working hours without additional benefits. Appraisal process - it takes minimum 6 months to close, you will get appraisal after 1.5 years. All senior managers formed a group and plays with employees on timings, leaves, etc., Notice period is 2 months but varies employee to employee and immediate firing if you hurt their EGO.
