I joined as a fresher and feels really happy to choose the right company as there is a great scope of learning and i recommend for any fresher who is looking for opportunities.
Cons
Its a fact that no company is perfect. while company is growing there are things that are evolving (updating technology, formalizing procedures etc.) and that comes with any growing company. Never get cemented on what is wrong but look at what is going right and focus on progress in actions.
