      Co-workers are supportive (trauma bonded) Flexible time off Good retirement matching (in 2025 - might change next year?)

      Unclear expectations, terrible communication, lacks vision, leadership is scary, customers don't seem to like anything we do, no one pays attention to what's going on around here
