It’s an abusive toxic environment exploiting people disrespectfully which is pro for psychopaths only.

Cons

The company has hidden Psychopaths (main could be female) cultivating a toxic work culture. When mentioning this out of self-respect and dignity, people do nothing about it, even after attacks and examples have been explained. Something is wrong there!
