Pros

You work with really smart and great people.

Cons

Management struggles to allocate resources. 60-70 hour work weeks are the norm. Internal politics is souring the culture.

Pros

- Some of the smartest people in the world - Everyone is extremely kind, virtually no jerks - Culture is very focused around helping people - Everyone cares a lot about how the animals are treated and there's a ton of transparency around this (and everything else)

Cons

- Long hours and high intensity - Salary is not top of the line vs. what you'd expect with how selective hiring is - Lots of misleading slander in the press that gets frustrating
