Pros

The pros are good pay, good benefits, up to 11% employer contribution for 401k, stock employee purchase plan match, some training, overtime is usually available (if wanted), and mostly decent coworkers.

Cons

Long travel time from the nearest town, long work hours, oftentimes (especially in process areas) there is mandatory overtime for weeks on end, bonuses have been suffering lately (even though gold has been hitting high prices), oftentimes no accountability or responsibility (from salary or hourly).
