Pros

They definitely focused on customer service.

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism in the time I worked there. The Technology is ancient and was frustrating to work with. The pay is very low compared to other banks. Very micromanaged and work was thrown at you every second making it impossible to get what you need to do done. Trying to balance and having management overload you with work duties on top of what you already had to do kept people from focusing on balancing on their drawers. Career advancement wont be a walk in the park, many broken promises.

Pros

There are no pros

Cons

They force sales goals which are extremely high. 450k loan goal per quarter. If you don't meet goals you get written up. Child like employees and managers are either way too laid back or they are always on your back. No in between. Everyone talks about how mad management is and they all talk bad about customers.

Pros

I like the bank's overall philosophy and upper end leadership.

Cons

Rude and condescending supervisors and VPs in the operations unit. Not a good environment
