Pros

Great management that helps you but doesn't micromanage everything you do, comprehensive training and great optional training programs, excellent hours and benefits for part time, goals are not hard to reach at all, very friendly environment, amazing coworkers, upper management at the corporate level is fantastic at recognition

Cons

Limits are pretty low and can get frustrating at times, technology is OLD and somewhat hard to learn (but effective once you get the hang of it), experience is very different from one branch to another (I was extraordinarily lucky)

Pros

Nice customers most of the time. People are realky nice to bankers. I enjoyed helping them. Coworkers are great, most of the time.

Cons

Branches & corporate run by who you know not actual skill, so you have extremely untrained and petty highly political people in mgmt. Their goal is to make your life miserable. No chance for advancement unless you "play the game". Sales are the goal not customer service no matter how often its repeated. Lousy benefits, cheap company. If you love Wells Fargo this is the place for you.

While there is pressure to make sales, it's a lot more reasonable than other banks.

Cons

Four hour shifts five days per week as a part time employee is a bit annoying.
