Pros

Lots of holidays, friendly colleagues, CEO has a good vision. Partnering with the larger parent company has created more advancement opportunities.

Cons

Immature child like co workers. Leaders are recycled failures from the banking industry. Lots of wasteful spending on development programs that don't meet the needs of the employees. Poor pay....very much below industry standards
