Pros

Amazing regional manager, intelligent and competent. Very logical leader. Compassionate executives who understand the challenges of tellers and retail bankers.

Cons

Some branch managers are hired from other banks who have no clue about the culture and operations at NSB. They are then not boarded properly causing for tremendous culture shock. Then they resort to prioritizing less important things to conceal their incompetence and let the loans go walk out the door just to prove to people that they are the boss. Things like this cannot be brought up to higher ranking officers because one is afraid of backlash so we resort to glassdoor in voicing out our concerns and frustrations.
