Pros

Paid vacations, holidays off. Management in the branch is made up of good people, who deal with an extreme amount of pressure.

Cons

Just about everything else. pay, insurance, weekends, sales pressure, career advancement, work load, stress, slow other than lunch and 4:30-5pm. Constantly turning over and training new employees. Never fully staffed. Extremely old technology. No bonuses for meeting sales goals. Never willing to help customers with fee's, will charge for just about anything they can think of.

Pros

They definitely focused on customer service.

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism in the time I worked there. The Technology is ancient and was frustrating to work with. The pay is very low compared to other banks. Very micromanaged and work was thrown at you every second making it impossible to get what you need to do done. Trying to balance and having management overload you with work duties on top of what you already had to do kept people from focusing on balancing on their drawers. Career advancement wont be a walk in the park, many broken promises.
