8ySo happy to read this feedback - I, too, love coming into the office everyday and work with this team. (And, of course, I also use the product everyday). I can't disagree that there is still too much low level work mixed in for all of us. I know that's a frustration, and I think we continue to work hard to automate as many of those tasks as we can. But, the downside of an organization of this size is that no matter your role, you will have to weather wide variability of responsibilities. Sometimes that's good, other times not ideal.
