Pros

A great environment with great perks, great pay, and challenging work. It's fun place to spend your days. Plenty of growth opportunity.

Cons

A little unorganized, because it's a new company and the needs of the business just aren't fully realized yet. You really have to be prepared to make up your own job sometimes.

Thanks for the honest feedback. I can't argue with your criticisms - as the years have gone by and the organization has changed, it has been really difficult to build and maintain a consistent structure and path. We are working to get better at this, but its definitely part of the challenge at an early stage technology company.

-Amazing senior leadership -It actually feels like everyone has a voice and is empowered to make real changes, and even junior employees have a lot of responsibility. -Sweet and fairly creative perks - CitiBike membership, gym, unlimited Freshdirect orders and unlimited vacation.

Cons

-Like any startup, work-life balance can get a little skewed at times. During particularly busy times of year, chaotic12+ hour days are not uncommon.

1) Transparent, accessible management 2) Typical perks of a start-up - keg in the office, FreshDirect snacks, monthly outings 3) Firm is mission driven, only serves education 4) Get great exposure to how the company runs, decisions are made, etc

Cons

Like any start-up, there are great days and not-so-great days, but nothing atypical of a start-up environment
