Pros

I like the atmosphere and vibe of the office. It is very team oriented and everyone is always working together. Even though the day to day structure is the same, there’s something new every day. Good real world experience and It is styled to learn what it takes to be an entrepreneur. The open-door policy is always welcoming and your hard work doesn’t go unseen.

Cons

You will be challenged so if you are looking for a job that doesn’t require thinking outside the box, then this job isn’t for you. If you are not a good communicator then it's difficult to succeed.
