New Age has always been an understanding and flexible company to work for while being a parent of little kids. At times, I genuinely feel like I am making a difference in other people's lives by helping them move their freight from point A to point B and some times even to point C; on those days I turn off my computer at the end of my shift with a strong sense of fulfillment. Co-workers are wonderful and I have even come to care for some of them as family.

The environment at New Age is very supportive and growth-oriented - both for the company and for the employee! The Chicago office is a high-energy environment and very tight-knit group. Over the last few months, the office size has grown exponentially, and everyone brought in has been welcomed with great warmth. It's a great feeling to work for a company that is actually concerned about its employees and supports treating both customers and carriers with respect.
