Pros

Open communication with supervisors.

Cons

Competition between work peers comes along with the field. It's not the companies fault.

Pros

Decent job to keep your security clearance active while you look for something better.

Cons

Poor local leadership. Site lead would not make an effort to drum up additional business at work site. Personally witnessed confrontations between site lead and local government reps. New Age is not familiar with USERRA and guard/reservist rights. At least one USERRA violation and lawsuit occurred while I was there. The finance office would often get pay and benefits info mixed up. You were valued for your security clearance and not your work ethic or professionalism. All sorts of problems with scheduling.
