Pros

New Castle Building Products is a great company to work for that truly values their employees. They accommodate your schedule to fit your needs and reward good performance accordingly. In my experience, I couldn't be happier with my manager & the way I am treated here. This is not a snobby, uptight environment where you are pressured to perform without proper compensation or consideration for your personal needs. The workplace is a fun, fast paced work environment where the main focus is composed of being caring, urgency, teamwork, honesty, accountability, flexibility and passion.

Cons

If I were to share the cons of working here, I would have to say that the initial training into the Agility software to perform sales processing can be better as well as training for commercial flat roofs and membranes which is a great deal of what is sold here.

good working hours if you want you can make decent overtime Everyone here is nice and works like a team ,

they should use down time in the winter for more product training
