Pros

New Charter Technologies is a great place to work. Management offers an inclusive environment where employees are allowed good work life balance and flexibility. Are a majority remote workforce that supports clients in multiple timezones, New Charter really has it dialed in with up to date technologies and communication tools and invests in giving employees the tools needed to succeed in their role.

Cons

The rapid pace at which we achieve goals and complete projects is not for everyone, You really have to be good at time management when working for this company.

Phenomenal Company, building an IT services provider that the industry has never seen before

Pros

This company has an incredible vision, a great team very capable of executing on that vision, and is very rapid growth. All of the operating companies are great to work with and also have amazing teams. It's fun to be part of a company that is truly innovating and that is creating something unique and special.

Cons

Limited corporate structure means there is not a huge team to work with at corporate.

Having participated in New Charter from near the beginning, the company had maintained focus on its culture and its people. They have attracted a great group of professionals that are dedicated to success and supporting each other.

Cons

No negatives. Just keep doing what you’re doing.
