Pros

The company had great staff. Supervisors and HR staff very prompt, courteous and answered questions via phone/email. They were easily accessible and you were treated like family.

Cons

I didn't see any cons to working here.

Pros

Good healthcare, management appears to care about employee well being, flexible schedule

Cons

Contractor for DoD Contracts, Management not always engaged with employees on DoD Contracts. NDTI is a subcontractor, so I have multiple bosses, here at my work location, the government civil service managers, the contract manager who is a DCS employee and the bosses at NDTI out in town.
