Over promise on what they can provide and will stretch the truth where possible to get you to over commit to working there. Lack of hours/clients. Training is subpar.

Most of the employees in the office are honest, fun, caring individuals.

Cons

The company will find a way to legally work you as many hours as they can with as little reimbursement as possible. No caring for family situations or sickness. The other employees that aren't so honest or fun.
