Pros

The mission of the company is what sustains you. Working with the students and colleagues makes it worthwhile

Cons

Pay is not the greatest They demand more than what you’re paid for It is a thankless job but you have to consider your why. AmeriCorps is a one year contract and they give you the expectations from the beginning. It all depends on your journey and career goals

*The children and families you impact through your work. * The schools and programs are located nearby. * Being near the Paterson Great Falls * Get your foot in the door.

Cons

*They don't truly value their employees. * The pay is not enough. * They rush through many projects without careful consideration. * Promotes who they like and not who deserves it.
