Good benefits, free tuition, paid out of town travel, orderly administration, multiple areas to work in without switching employers. Work well and be put in a good place for advancement.

Cons

Bureaucracy, sometimes hard to work your way up or around if you aren't like-able or don't work well with your supervisor. Pay can be lacking.

The people here are friendly and polite. Also have time to get things done(Not much of a sense of urgency).

Cons

The staff does not know anything about Technology other than the basics. Trying to communicate to them why things have to be done this way is hard.
