Since the private equity acquisition, things have been chaotic and unnerving. Management layer seems to be going off the rails without guidance. Maturity level of company processes and procedures leaves a ton to be desired.

Pay cuts and layoffs. They're running off all US employees in favor of cheap labor in India. People at the top cutting costs to fund plastic surgery and hair transplants. I predict this company will fold as there's no clear vision.
