While there are several positive aspects of the company, there are also a few areas that need improvement. The HR system still feels a bit old school and could benefit from a more modern, employee-friendly approach. Although the benefits are good, the administrative support behind them feels quite limited at times, with a lack of depth in knowledge and a rather superficial handling of queries. In many cases, the team appears very busy, which can make it difficult to get timely and effective support. The lady who joined new feels that she knows everything.
Another challenge is that managers above my grade often seem to be under pressure from global expectations, but there is not always enough clarity in terms of goals, priorities, or execution. This can create confusion and make alignment more difficult at the team level.
Commute and infrastructure are also areas that could be better supported. Office transport is not provided, and parking is very limited, which can make the daily travel experience inconvenient for employees. Overall, while the company has many good qualities, these operational and support-related gaps affect the employee experience and would benefit from attention.
