      1. Leadership sees India with strategic importance and is heavily invested in the region, which offers tremendous growth opportunity available for employees. 2. The company focuses beyond frugality to place core importance to the innovation aspect. 3. Decision making process is simplified, and leaves little to no room for bureaucracy. 4. Hybrid work culture. 5. Supportive team & colleagues. 6. Offers opportunity to interact and collaborate with global counterparts.

      Cons

      1. While the existing benefits are good (leave & wellness policies, free snacks meals., etc), the company can focus a bit more to enhance on certain other aspects (insurance, cab facility).

      Good Employee benefit like free food, competitive health insurance and others. Competitive Salary

      Cons

      Its a complete Hire and Fire Company. They just hire people if there is a requirement and timelines for hiring. And then just fire you if the respective role is compromised or found another candidate with less salary to fill in. Senior Management is not in good shape and I heard the same from most of the colleagues in other teams as well.
