Cons

Very sketchy payout practices. Changes to compensation and incentive structure on sales team mid year with no communication has caused sales reps to continue building pipeline based on leadership guidance, only to close deals and secure business that they will not be paid on. This company is not doing well financially, and it shows in all of the reactive changes and fear-based reactions and major pricing and policy changes quarterly. I personally will never work for a PE-owned company again because the decision makers only care about what puts money in their pocket, not about the long term success of the organization and its employees. If you’re in sales, I cannot recommend interviewing elsewhere enough.
