      Not looking good for New Relic

      Great product, best in the market.

      Cons

      Poor GTM strategy, it's incredible how difficult it is to not only sell but retain customers when you have world class product. Zero brand awareness despite being on top if Gartner MQ for 13 years no one in the industry seems to know who New Relic are and what they do - sometimes not even their own customers. Toxic culture at least in the EMEA where there is desperate pressure to build pipeline at the same time as trying prevent customers running away. Sales people put on PIP after not hitting target after 2 quarters (given sales cycles are typically 9-12months in Enterprise space). Middle management unqualified to do their job.

      - A lot of changes since PE acquisition - External hires getting better pay than exsiting hires after PE acquisition
