      Pros

      I have completed one year at New Relic, and it has been a valuable experience. New Relic is a fast-growing observability platform that provides an excellent environment for people who are passionate about technology and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are motivated, driven, and truly interested in building your career in tech, this is a great place to learn and grow. However, if you are just looking for an easy routine, doing the bare minimum, or treating work as just “time pass,” then this may not be the right place for you. The culture here rewards people who are committed and passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Since New Relic is a product-based company and the product is evolving every day, the work is dynamic and challenging. If someone is only looking for repetitive or mundane work, this will feel like a drawback. Otherwise, there are no real cons.

      Smooth Interview Journey from Start to Finish

      Positive Interview Experience: The process was efficient and positive from start to finish. Clear and Streamlined: The screening call clearly outlined the next steps, and the timeline was very quick. Engaging Technical Rounds: The two 45-minute technical interviews felt more like engaging discussions than a test. Quick Offer: I received a positive result and an offer letter within a week of the final interview. Great Culture: The company's work culture seems fantastic, a true 10/10.

      Cons

      The office location is a bit far from the nearest metro station, which can make the daily commute challenging.
